Mr. Lim Jia Han and his family

Founded in 1955 at Redhill Hawker Centre, Hong Seng Curry Rice has survived the generations in serving traditional curry rice of the highest quality. Lim Jia Han, the 3rd generation hawkerpreneur took over the stall in October 2014 and decided to rebrand Hong Seng Curry Rice to attract consumers of the younger generations.

Lim Jia Han started off in focusing on the online presence of Hong Seng Curry Rice, by providing more information and launching online promotions. He also introduced automation to cut down on manual labour.

To ensure that Hong Seng Curry Rice is always serving curry rice at the best quality, freshest ingredients are delivered daily by a cargo van that he has invested on.
