Hawkers Collective’s Goal is to bridge and bond popular and successful Heritage Food Brands with aspiring entrepreneurs exponentially across Singapore’s culinary landscape to achieve a lasting legacy, applying a process that propagates resilient and sustainable Brand growth. To achieve Project impact, a Brand Deck matrix of 10 to 15 Chinese, Malay, Indian, Western and ancillary heritage food brands will be augmented and scaled on an average of 10 retail outlets per Brand across Singapore. The intrinsic value of this process is the cultivating of the traditional, authentic and proven heritage food recipes to doable replicability across Singapore’s F&B retail landscape.
