Formerly an interior designer, Kinstons Sim opened "HeyMe" in December 2020 after spending first 2 months of 2020 doing R&D on the menu and perfecting the recipes for a prawn broth specialty stall.
With broth freshly-made daily from 10kg of prawn shells and heads, 10kgs of pork bones, some secret ingredients and simmered for three hours, many are now in love with the perfect prawn broth-based dishes.
Not forgetting to pair the prawn noodle/ porridge with the delicious Ngoh Hiang where recipe was passed down from Kingstons's late Grandmother and handmade fresh daily!
